Whereas increasing mental health and addiction issues among youth aged 18 to 28, combined with a lack of services, is a growing problem across British Columbia; Therefore be it resolved that AVICC and UBCM call on the provincial government to improve resources and facilities for youth mental health and addictions services throughout the province; And be it further resolved that the province report on deliverables, spending results, and program effectiveness.
